I work with adolescents (14 and older) and adults in individual and couples therapy. I welcome people of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities. Many clients experience a meaningful reduction in stress early in the process simply through beginning to articulate their struggles in a space where they feel genuinely heard and understood.

Services

Psychotherapy

Psychoanalytic psychotherapy focuses on the concerns that are affecting your life in the present. Together, we work to understand and address the underlying sources of inner conflict that may be impacting your relationships, work, and sense of self. Sessions typically take place once or twice per week.

Psychoanalysis

Psychoanalysis is a more intensive and immersive form of treatment. Our work may include exploring dreams, desires, fears, and the dynamics of the therapeutic relationship itself. We meet three or more times per week. This depth of engagement allows for a sustained exploration of the unconscious and a deeper understanding of how past experiences shape current patterns in love, work, and identity—creating the possibility for lasting change.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy provides a space to improve communication, deepen intimacy, and cultivate mutual respect. Together, we explore recurring patterns, clarify needs and desires, and work toward more connected and constructive ways of relating.
